King studio suite Rooms: very big rooms except the bathroom which makes no sense. To give you a visual.. the door is about an inch away from slapping the toilet so 2 people will not be in there comfortably. There is a standard size fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, no stove. But it said you could get a hot plate from the front desk. Service: they clean the rooms every other day. I requested the sheets be changed on cleaning day, instead they just made the bed with the same sheets. The front desk staff was friendly when you could find them. The have breakfast which is pretty decent also. Location: 10 min drive to airport, tons of food options at next exits and Zona Rosa, outdoor mall.

First thing, Entrance and Lobby are SUPER clean. Then was greeted by Devenie, excellent customer service skills. Elevators and Hallways are SUPER clean. Room is IMACULATE. What a really great choice to stay.

For the metro, a very good price and kudos to the front desk staff for an incredibly quick check in and follow up. Room was clean and well designed, which was a plus. Negatives were awful pillows (no filling), not the quietest place and breakfast was a bit lacking (though the coffee was solid).

Our family trip to KC was definitely a great memory. We arrived early 1 1/2 before check in. Because we had just drove 8hrs from Texas. The manager Devenie was called to the front desk to assist us. We would've had to pay extra for early arrival check in. But the manager Devenie noticed I was a Marriott reward member, waved the extra fee and found us a room. She made us feel very welcome and had a great since of humor along with outstanding customer service. HOME 2 SUITES is our #1 hotel to stay at when we're traveling. Even though the KC Chiefs beat the Lions we still enjoyed our stay.

They whole staff is very friendly. Rooms were very clean and beds were really comfortable. I stayed in a king studio suite room. The bed was huge and comfy. There was also a living room area with pullout couch. There was a curtain that you could pullout to separate the bed and living area which I thought was nice. Our room also had a full fridge, dishwasher, microwave and sink. This kitchen area is useful if you are a family like ours that need storage for our drinks and snacks lol. The tvs in the rooms had Netflix, HBO, Disney+, paramount... basically most of the streaming channels. I appreciated this since I didnt have to use my firestick to catch up on my shows. The breakfast is your standard continental style but it was hot and fresh. Love that the hotel is literally 7min drive from airport. And they offer a free shuttle. I did not use the gym or indoor pool but did peek in and they were clean and functional. This hotel is literally a home away from home. Other than the hotel being extremely clean and comfortable, the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for an amazing stay.

One night stay, everything was just ok. Nice hotel but it seems they need more help. On a Friday night there were 4 towels at the pool and high was cold … weird for an indoor pool. The rooms were nice and large and pretty clean. The floors made my feet dirty though. Breakfast was good when you could get something but they could not keep up with the demand on food, trash or tables. Most items went unfilled and there was still over an hour left for breakfast on a Sat morning. I hope they get more or better help soon. It was fine though.

Had a wonderful stay with my family, and I love that they offer portable cooktops if you need to make your own food. The front desk was super helpful and even proactive in meeting our needs. Whenever I reached out I then for something, they were very quick to respond and meet the need. The only downside that we experienced was the shower drain was very slow and the water in the shower felt very slimey, like soap that you can’t wash off.

Nice hotel, excellent location. Few things to improve 1) each floor trash cans are kept near elevator and smells very bad the moment you enter into hall way. Move trash cans to some other place. 2) common area is not cleaned. I put one fork spoon on the floor accidentally and the fork was there 5 consecutive days. That means no cleaning activities takes place in common area. 3) Breakfast - serving team members hides into their room. Refill of food was not done properly. Most of the time no apple juice, no bread, no oats, no bread, no omelets, no potatoes… If management takes care of these many guest will be returning to this hotel. I like their room set up.
